
Todd J. Escaravage
President
Mr. Escaravage began his environmental contracting career in the asbestos abatement industry in 1987 with NEO Corporation. Todd graduated from college in 1986. Todd later diversified into all phases of remediation, emergency response, HAZMAT, demolition, industrial cleaning, grading and excavating. Todd served as Vice President for NEO Corporation for 10 years prior to becoming President in 2001. Todd provides a wealth of knowledge in all areas of safety, industrial hygiene, business management, field/corporate day-to-day operations and policies to achieve our overall objectives.

John A. Hepler
Vice President
Mr. Hepler joined NEO Corporation in 1994 after graduating from University of North Carolina Asheville with a bachelor’s in Business Administration. John manages NEO’s industrial market and emergency response. In addition, he is very diversified in all phases of the services such as remediation, demolition, grading and excavating, etc. John has served as Vice-President for NEO Corporation since 2001.

Sara Tyburski
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Tyburski joined NEO Corporation in 2006. Sara graduated from Western Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has over 20 years of experience as an accountant in the construction field. Sara’s responsibilities include the supervision of all corporate financial operations, all well as assisting upper-level management with financial analysis. Sara also functions as the office manager at the corporate office.

Nathan Whitson
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Whitson joins NEO Corporation with 10 years of experience in Business, Finance, and Auditing. Nathan graduated from the University of North Carolina Asheville with a degree in Mathematics and completed his Master’s in Business Administration at East Carolina University. He serves the staff with business support and processes as the business manager.

Anthony Turner
Operations Manager
Mr. Turner joined NEO Corporation in the spring of 2020. Anthony joins our team with over 6 years of experience in the environmental business and will be marketing the Western North Carolina area. Anthony graduated with a Business Management and Marketing degree from Western Carolina University and has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business management.

Greg Pressley
Western Carolina Division Manager
Mr. Pressley joined NEO Corporation in 1996 upon graduating from Western Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health. Greg began his career as a member of the sales team prior to being promoted to Safety Director.

Matthew Rosone
Sales - Western Carolina Division
Mr. Rosone joined NEO Corporation in 2023, after working for the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality for 15 years. Prior to that, he worked in environmental and geotechnical consulting, focusing on underground storage tank projects, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and site remediation. Matt graduated from Mary Washington College with a degree in Geography and Physical Sciences. He is in environmental and demolition sales.

Steve Steele
Tennessee Division Manager
Mr. Steele joined NEO Corporation in 2011. Shortly thereafter, Steve was promoted to Division Manager supervising the day-to-day operations expanding the Tennessee Division. Steve also currently heads the sales efforts in Eastern Tennessee. Steve graduated from Roane State Community College with a degree in Business Management and has over 20 years of proven sales experience.

Aaron Reeves
Sales – Tennessee
Aaron Reeves joins NEO Corporation with over 20 years of environmental consulting experience. Aaron graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Environmental Science. He serves as project estimator/manager in the Knoxville division.

Scott Trentham
Operations – Tennessee Division
Scott Trentham joined NEO Corporation in 2017 with over 18 years’ experience in the construction field. Throughout his years of experience Scott has accumulated many certifications including OSHA 30, Hazwoper 40, Scaffolding, RRP, Asbestos Supervisor, and First Aid/CPR. He serves as Project Supervisor and Operations manager in the Tennessee division.

James Dilks
South Carolina Division Manager
Mr. Dilks joins NEO Corporation with over 5 years of business, sales, and management experience. James graduated Kean University with a degree in Business Administrations. He serves the staff with business support and processes as the business manager.

Hal Hall
Sales – South Carolina
Hal Hall joined NEO in the Greenville SC office in February of 2019. Hal has over 42 years of sales and marketing with the last 19 years in the asbestos abatement industry.

Daniel Mock
Central Carolinas Division Manager
Daniel Mock joins NEO Corporation with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Dan began in the environmental field as an Industrial Hygienist and moved to remediation with extensive experience in running heavy equipment. His experience in the environmental field includes Asbestos, Lead, Mold, and other environmental contaminants. He added to his experience in both structural and selective demolition. Dan’s responsibilities and experiences include, business development, estimating, and project management of a wide variety of projects within the environmental and demolition industry.

Ken Daniels
Sales – Central Carolinas
Mr. Daniels joined NEO Corporation in 2020 working in sales and marketing for the Central Carolinas divisional office. After serving in the United States Army, Ken started his career in the abatement industry and has over 31 years of experience in the environmental field including asbestos, lead, mold, and other environmental contaminants.

Chris DiIenno
Operations – Central Carolina Division
Mr. DiIenno joined the NEO Corporation team in 2007. Chris began his career within NEO’s Industrial Services Division. He then began to work on abatement and demolition projects in 2008. Chris was promoted to being Foreman, followed by Project Manager, and currently Operations Manager. Chris oversees the day-to-day operations of all field activities. Prior to NEO, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Quality Control Inspector in the Motor Transport units of the 1st Battalion 4th Marines and the 2nd Battalion 5th Marines.
