Prior to commencing any work, a detailed work schedule is developed that effectively optimizes the use of people and equipment under any operational constraints. A schedule that systematically completes each work area is developed. The schedule then becomes a crucial part of the overall project monitoring and controls.
The preliminary schedule is reviewed with our clients to ensure there are no conflicts with any planned production or maintenance activities. As the project proceeds, the project manager assumes responsibility to monitor its progress and stay abreast of changing conditions that may impact the project schedule. Communication of work plans and the status of work in progress becomes critical to timely completion of all projects.
